We have a grace period of 15 minutes, arriving later than this may result in a £15 fee. Very late arrivals might result in a shorter service or cancellation.
Late cancellations and no shows will forfeit the deposit.

Please come with clean, detangled, blow-dried hair and avoid any heavy oils.
